Customers can order the builder-ready blueprints online for $1,260.
The spacious mega unit plan is advertised as a “modern and budget-friendly.”
The draft allots for 686 square feet to turn someone’s tiny home dream to reality.

Plenty of homeowners opt to cut down on their cost of living by switching permanent residence to a tiny home.
The House Designers brand provides blueprints for a kit including two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The exterior is made up of gray stone and brick paneling with a sleek look and modern style.
There’s even a foyer that wraps around the tiny home to provide an inviting, family friendly environment.
“This design features a large covered front porch and opens up with two separate sets of French front doors for quick access to the kitchen or living room,” the product description says.
There’s even a place set aside to wash dirty clothes.

Note that the purchase does not include a home building kit but instead is architectural house plans.
